- Three to four (3-4) years’ experience providing IT Infrastructure field support
- Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop and peripherals
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts
- Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S
- Fluent in Finnish and conversational in English
**Your Tasks**:
- Installs, moves, adds, changes (IMAC)
- Operational monitoring
- Incident and Problem determination and resolution;
- Technical support and break-fix
- Software re-imaging
- Network connectivity within the site
- Hands and feet support to Disaster Recovery support activities as needed at supported sites;
- Office Equipment support
- Conference room equipment
