**Hunter Sales Executive Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for hunting new opportunities and potential partners;
- Promote the company’s products and services, and identify sales opportunities;
- Clearly and convincingly articulate Rappi’s offerings and value proposition and overcome initial resistance from prospects.
- Understanding customers need
- Answering potential customers questions and clarify all doubts
- Keeping up with products and service information and updates
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
- Accompany new partners in onboarding, ensuring that they become active in the APP
**Hunter Sales Executive Requirements**:
- Previous experience with hunter sale or related position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to achieve targets
- Have the power of influence and persuasion when it comes to negotiations
- Have self-motivation and self-management, knowing how to organize yourself to deliver a result
- Able to deal effectively with pressure, recover quickly from setbacks, and remain optimistic and persistent even under adversity
- Able to maintain self-confidence and avoid overly emotional responses in tense or difficult situations.
