SummaryAs an Accounting Specialist - General Ledger & Accounts Payable within the Brazil team, you will play a key role in providing accounting services to our Teradata organizations in the region. Working with the local manager and other team members, you will be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely accounting information to global teams, monitoring payments, expenses and work on reconciliations. This will often involve close collaboration with other specialized departments as well as become a trusted advisor for employees in terms of expenses reports, internal guidelines and other accounting inquiriesMain ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Payment process (Abroad) and Payroll (Locally)Tax paymentsBank reconciliation and accounting reconciliation (General Ledger)Processing and conference for the supplier’s invoicesIssue the purchase orders to suppliers in the ORACLE systemConference and approval of expenses reportAnalyze the variation of expensesPayments reportsRelationship with suppliers and banks**Requirements**:Upper intermediate to Advanced EnglishAt least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and related activitiesDegree in Accounting, Business or EconomicsSoft skillsTeam playerOrganization and planningFocusedAble to create good long term relationships with other peers, teams and internal customers on different levels in the organizationDetail and results orientedProactiveGood communication skillsAger to learn
