Job Description:

The IT Analyst II - GRC is responsible for planning communication strategies for the enterprise, representing the office of the CISO.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Create an annual communications agenda, defining message topics, outcomes, delivery channels, and target audiences.
  2. Coordinate training and awareness activities, fostering a collaborative relationship with the global communications team.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest security topics and trends to identify key focus areas for messaging.
  4. Design, build, and maintain an active organizational presence through SharePoint or other mediums; establish procedures for approving organization-wide communications, particularly during crises.
  5. Develop publications on behalf of the CISO and serve as an independent voice for the GRC team.
  6. Maintain clear reporting and documentation across projects to support decision-making, tracking, and KPI/KRI development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5+ years' experience in an IT communications, marketing, or security role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement at the executive level and outcome-oriented campaign design.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, design, marketing, or front-end application development.
  • Willingness to clearly articulate risks and adapt to new technologies or methodologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization with dispersed teams; familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
Language Requirements:

This role demands fluent English communication skills. Your resume should be in English, and interviews will be conducted in English via MS Teams.
