As a Tech Lead, you’ll be a trusted advisor and own the entire technical lifecycle for assigned projects. You’ll apply your broad range of specialized skills to tackle complex challenges, requiring innovative solutions and a deep understanding of technical concepts. You’ll independently plan and execute project development, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts within the team. Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and leadership for a single team, making key decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, and tools. Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to other engineers, facilitating their skill development through regular one‑on‑one meetings. Issue Escalation: Proactively escalated issues to the Engineering Manager and Human Resources Director as needed. Work Environment Promotion: Actively promote and contribute to a healthy, safe, and collaborative work environment. Day-to-Day Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineers on a daily basis, contributing to hands‑on coding and implementation efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical specifications. Team Leadership and Management: Lead the technical team in architecting, designing, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions; champion industry best practices; ensure consistent coding standards and process improvements. Innovative Solutions Implementation: Identify and implement innovative technical solutions to address complex functionalities and system requirements. Problem Breakdown and Task Management: Decompose complex technical challenges into clear, actionable tasks; prioritize and manage the technical workload effectively. Team Collaboration and Support: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and peer learning. Proactive Conflict Resolution: Identify potential technical conflicts or bottlenecks early and resolve them independently or collaboratively. Technology Trends Monitoring: Stay current with emerging technologies, evaluating their relevance and potential for improving the development process. Communication and Client Interaction: Comfortable presenting work and conducting demos for clients, with clear, confident communication; maintain a professional audio and video setup suitable for remote collaboration and client interactions. Documentation: Maintain clear, organized, and up-to-date technical documentation to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing. Requirements 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 1–2 years in a technical lead or equivalent leadership role. Proven experience leading technical projects from inception to completion. Mastery of relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools. Strong experience using and working with Contentful. Strong experience working with Webflow, WordPress, ReactJS, Javascript, AWS, and PostgreSQL. Experience working with Nuxt.js. Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns. Expertise in agile development methodologies and project management tools. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong leadership, mentorship, and task delegation capabilities. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends. Experience in process improvement and driving change within a team or organization.
