Now we’re looking for a **Modern Work Solutions Architect** to bring good results to Softline’s (interface). You’ll be a part of our time.
**Job overview**: Responsible for pre-sales, initial data collection, customer communication, presentation of Softline services and solutions, design, development, market positioning and sale of service solutions together with the main account managers. These solutions are based on combinations of new or existing services across multiple cloud platforms.
**What you’ll do**:
- Manage and support new modern working cloud infrastructure services that can be
established through innovative solution developments tailored to customer
demands and needs. These developments will typically be created in conjunction
and profitability of new Service sales, including the use of Collaboration,
Security and Compliance.
- Responsible for overall design and bid management for Services-related sales
and bid responses. This will include responsibility for end-to-end development
Service Towers. Services solutions will be designed to enable the continued
development of Services sales, promoting continued business growth and
customer satisfaction.
- Pre-Sales and Professional Services Business Development.
- Support account teams to create and manage service agreements.
- Resource planning and bid management associated with responsible persons across multiple Service Towers for Service Solution Development and Pre-Sales activities.
- Business requirements and modification of existing service solutions portfolio to reflect current and future customer needs.
- Retention and growth of existing contract customer support contract order value.
- Market trends for business related to modern working cloud services, good communication with local cloud vendor representatives.
- Key Performance Indicators.
- Net Margin and Revenue from the Modern Work Cloud service.
- New customers added.
- Revenue from Modern Work Cloud products / cloud consumption.
- Revenue and net margin for managed cloud services.
**Profile requirements**:
- English.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure/cloud services related to integrators and sales of technical product solutions. Ideally knowledge of IT operations and cloud-based service support solutions for modern work. Any service/sales certifications with Public Cloud solutions (O365, M365).
