**Sobre o emprego**:
Conducting Assistant
Education and Technical Skills:
- Higher degree in Music (Instrument, Singing or Orchestral Conducting) or proven experience in conducting orchestras/instrumental groups using the El Sistema method.
- Previous experience in orchestral management and conducting. - Mastery of an orchestral instrument. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Intermediate computer skills.
Desirable Additional Knowledge:
- Experience with projects based on the principles of Venezuela's El Sistema.
- People management.
- Fluency in several languages.
- Composition and arrangement skills.
Main Activities:
- Conducting NEOJIBA orchestral and choral groups.
- Advising on and supervising the musical activities of the program's groups.
- Intermediation of musical issues with the Musical Direction.
- Participating in exam boards and promoting training.
- Coordination of artistic and pedagogical projects.
- Assistance in choosing repertoires.
Personal/Professional Skills:
- Teamwork, planning and organization.
- Initiative, analytical skills and leadership.
- Strategic vision and problem perception
