And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world.We are looking for someone with a tenacious passion for lifelong learning and education, combined with appropriate technical skills, leadership experience and understanding of the skills/workforce and technology market.**Key Activities**- A point of view on how academic institutions in ANZ can train students in Salesforce technologies- Understanding relevant governing rules in AUS associated with Cert IV / Diploma / Degree requirements so that students can earn Industry recognized qualifications while earning academic credits towards their matriculation.- Understanding the need for legal and contractual agreements that Salesforce has to manage to safeguard Salesforce Training IPs and Trailhead Academy trademarks- Credibility and the ability to build trust while influencing implementing decisions- An established network with academic institutions / ATPs / government entities**Responsibilities**- Work with academic institutions, Authorised Training Providers (ATP) and government entities to design and embed Salesforce content into an academic program/curriculum- Collaborate with internal teams when needed. Eg Employee success, Futureforce, Trailhead, Talent Alliance, Trailblazer Marketing teams to harmonise our efforts in ANZ- Evaluating the WFD programs for opportunities to improve success; as well as, continuously monitoring risks and mitigating them as appropriate- Direct project team members and providing them with guidance throughout the execution of the program, both technically and organisationally- Manage and nurture internal stakeholder, partner, leader, and external relationships to secure and expand program success outcomes- Provide regular reporting and internal communications to the greater ANZ team**Preferred Qualifications**- Minimum 6+ years experience of enterprise software implementation / end-user training / change management / academic institutions curriculum design- Experience in AUS Academic / Government sector- Experience in comprehending and delivering ROI / Business Case- Knowledge / Understanding of existing ASQA and AQF frameworks- Bachelor degree and or equivalent experience- Strong communication skills- A good understanding of Salesforce foundation**What we offer**:- Competitive compensation- Wellness and Education Reimbursement- Unlimited PTO- Parental Leave- Childcare subsidies- And moreAccommodationsPosting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
