- Oversee the deck crew and maintain the vessel's standard of work.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in mooring, unmooring, and cargo operations.
- Maintain and manage deck equipment and rigging.
- **Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Bosun on shuttle tankers.
- Valid STCW certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of seamanship.
- Brazilian citizenship.
