Para esta vaga, as principais atividades são:
- Preparar relatórios sobre a produtividade e performance das equipes e nossos funis para apoiar a Gestão nas decisões e direcionamento do negócio;
- Suporte ao time comercial quanto aos sistemas de vendas, identificar desvios e sugerir melhorias;
- Ponto focal com os fornecedores dos sistemas garantindo o funcionamento das ferramentas voltadas à produtividade comercial;
- Análise de dados, estudo de mercado e concorrentes para apoiar na definição de target de leads a serem trabalhados;
- Pesquisa e apoio na construção de listas de empresas a serem abordadas pelos LDRs para equipe de pré vendas;
- Acompanhamento e gestão das campanhas Outbound e Inbound, com dashboards e insights;
- Se relacionar com equipe de Marketing e oferecer feedbacks e suporte para melhorias de leads;
- Suporte para definição e escrita de processos.
