We are looking for a Senior Avaya Voice Engineer to be part of our Regional IT team. This position will be based in Buenos Aires (Hybrid model).

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing, planning, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and controlling large, complex Voice Technology solutions.
  • Ensuring all collaborators and providers comply with information security regulations and communicating any risks or incidents.
  • Participating in long-range planning to align with business objectives for resiliency, disaster tolerance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating with operations, Infrastructure, and Security teams to deliver projects with high quality and timeliness.
  • Analyzing and solving complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Providing Tier 2 and 3 support for telephony infrastructure and Call Center Applications.
  • Complying with established voice system architecture, methods, regulations, standards, and practices, and participating in their creation.
What You'll Bring
  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with Avaya Programming (CM, SM, Session Manager, Experience Portal, CMS, Call Center Elite, Aura Contact Center).
  • Experience with Call Recording Platforms.
  • Skilled in VoIP troubleshooting and softphones configuration.
  • Experience in Contact center design, function, and Help Desk operations.
  • Understanding of Network Architecture and Operations.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation), organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Strong creativity, innovation, and technical leadership abilities.
  • Ability to maintain leading-edge skills in a rapidly changing environment.
