Add candidates to the ATS , ensuring complete and up‑to‑date records. Conduct initial screening calls in English if necessary . Post job ads, screen resumes , and manage early‑stage outreach. Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones. Ensure high‑quality standards throughout every stage of the hiring pipeline. React swiftly to last‑minute changes (e.g., cancellations, reschedules). Hit daily/weekly sourcing goals tied to hiring KPIs and performance metrics.
