In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive manual testing, leveraging a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to identify issues and ensure a seamless user experience.

• Design and execute thorough manual test cases and test scripts based on system specifications and requirements
• Develop multiple test scenarios, including non-traditional test cases, negative testing, edge cases, and performance considerations, to ensure robust product validation
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements, plan testing processes, and identify issues for correction
• Create detailed logs to document testing phases and identify defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams, primarily using Jira
• Troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes of defects
• Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test reports, and test documentation, with experience in tools like Xray
• Participate actively in Agile-Scrum development processes, providing valuable feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

• 10+ years of experience with manual testing
• 1-2 years of experience with Selenium and Python
• Proven experience in planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scripts
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, xRay, GitHub, or GitLab
• EST working hours are required
• Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Basic database knowledge (e.g., MySQL, Postgres)
• Experience with testing application software hosted in the cloud (AWS environments preferred)
• Ability to think outside the box to develop multiple scenarios and identify non-traditional test cases, incorporating negative testing and edge cases
• Quick learner with a passion for troubleshooting
• Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Dynamic and proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in work
• Excellent organizational skills, including a good sense of priority management and the ability to quickly adapt to change
• Experience in the technology sector, particularly within a SaaS company or procurement sector, is a valuable asset
• Upper-Intermediate English level
