
Key Account Executive

- Achieving monthly & annual sales targets
- Building healthy relationship with key decision makers in key accounts whilst handling & servicing of key accounts
- Analyzing competitor activities & products in the market
- Analyzing performance both dealer wise & branch wise
- Planning promotions for key accounts to increase off take
- Maintaining & developing displays whilst ensuring maximum visibility (Branding) for company products
- Conducting regular CSA's personalized training programs at key accounts
- Managing the KA SA and motivating them to achieve sales targets
**Your ideal profile**:
- 2 - 5 years professional experience in sales handling Key Accounts preferably in the Fashion retail industry
- Knowledge in English, Sinhala and preferably Tamil
- Should be Willing to travel
- Great communicator with strong selling
- analytical and influencing skills
- Must have a professional approach to all that the person does
- To be able to work under own initiative, motivation and planning to ensure that all the required tasks are completed satisfactorily
- Should have his own bike for sales visits. A bike rental and fuel will be provided by the company
