Roles and responsibilities Realizar mapeamento de oportunidades na política atual e inovações; Realizar análises para proposta de políticas desafiantes; Monitorar as principais métricas para garantir melhor assertividade da política aplicada; Execução de atividades para sustentação dos pilotos; Participar de testes de implantação; Participar das cerimônias da Squad para acompanhamento das atividades com o time (Jira). Requirements And Skills Conhecimento de política de Crédito para pessoa física; Habilidade em trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados e realizar análises quantitativas; Conhecimento básico em estatística e uso de ferramentas como Excel, SQL, SAS, Databricks; Participação em projetos de Crédito; Familiaridade com sistemas de score de crédito e modelos de avaliação de risco; Experiência em desenvolvimento e validação de modelos de crédito (e.g., modelos de score de crédito); Conhecimento em políticas de crédito, análise de portfólio e gestão de risco; Compreensão das regulamentações e compliance na área de crédito; Habilidades analíticas e atenção aos detalhes; Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipes multidisciplinares; Boa comunicação escrita e verbal; Proatividade e mindset inovador.
