Ecommerce Product UX Designer

Product Design leads are a key ingredient in our Product Delivery Teams (PODS). You will actively play a critical role in all your specific POD activities, plans and roadmaps. You will work as a team and focus on delivering what is best for the user and business within your ecommerce product pod.
You will regularly attend & participate in POD meetings to consider, prioritise, and action against each new idea and backlog items that have been submitted. By working together, you will formulate a plan of action and roadmap of deliverables that meet the product vision and business objectives.
You will also be the interface for your POD into the Buy product line and the broader UX organisation to ensure the right persons are engaged in the active assignment.
Key Job responsibilities:
- Represent and contribute to the UX team in the Buy Product line team structure.
- Actively contribute to all POD meetings and their activities
- Understand, contribute to, and deliver the Product & POD Vision / Roadmap
- Execute upon the prioritised workload of the POD and keep store teams UpToDate on status and next steps.
- Integrate, understand & support Store teams goals, and assist them where UX plays a key role.
- Comprehend requests by reaching out to the owner and then writing up UX requirements and validated user stories ready for next steps.
