Do you enjoy teaching others, solving problems, and helping people succeed? If so, this role might be the perfect fit. As a Software Accounting Trainer / Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a key role in guiding new clients in the vacation rental industry through their onboarding process. You’ll ensure proper setup of taxes, fees, and trust accounting, and train clients on how to use the software system effectively to stay compliant and confident. This role blends accounting expertise with training, customer service, and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding and transition sessions for new vacation rental clients, ensuring accurate accounting system setup.
