As a Prompt (& Back‑end) Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and refining prompts for AI models to optimize their performance and enhance user interactions. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of our AI solutions, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Focus Areas Prompt Design and Development: Create, test, and optimize prompts to ensure accurate, relevant, and context‑aware responses from AI models. Fine‑tune AI models using designed prompts. Data Analysis: Analyze the performance of AI models and prompts, using metrics and user feedback to iteratively improve prompt quality. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative prompting strategies. User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with UX / UI teams to ensure that AI interactions are intuitive and user‑friendly. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt engineering processes, guidelines, and best practices. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align prompt engineering efforts with overall project goals and timelines. Required Skills & Experience Prior experience in AI development, prompt engineering, or related fields is a must. Strong back‑end development skills using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain); familiarity with NLP techniques and tools. Experience with BPM tools. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Personal attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches in AI prompting. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of AI model performance metrics.
