Growth Marketer – Part‑time, Global Running Company (Room to Grow to Head Of Marketing) Join us as a Growth Marketer at Go Running Tours . I’m Lena , Founder of the company, and I’ll be working directly with you. This is a hybrid‑remote position with 2–3 meetings a week and the freedom to dive deep into marketing work. About the Role Our new Growth Marketer will lead all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. We’re a fast‑growing travel‑arrangements brand whose markets are expanding by 100+% and we’re always hunting new channels and markets to sell our services. Key responsibilities include: Designing, launching, and optimizing email campaigns and newsletters – from social‑media engagement to data‑driven automation flows. Planning and running paid media on Meta and Google and exploring new platforms, measuring what moves the needle. Researching new tech and trends, testing initiatives in one city and scaling to destinations. Creating case studies, sponsorship opportunities, and bold pitches to reach new runners, companies, and destinations. Collaborating closely with me and teams across the world to align marketing with brand vision. Our clients include US Bank, Goldman Sachs, Amex, Google, Accenture, and many top names in the running industry (NDA signed). What We Look For An analytical, structured DNA combined with creative copywriting and opportunistic thinking. Attention to detail, fast movement, and a super‑collaborative spirit. Experience in B2C and B2C marketing, email flows, automation, and paid media. A drive to grow the business and hone your own skills – execution is the most important skill. Comfort with remote, self‑directed work and English fluency. Contract Details USD 1,400 per month. 25 hours a week. Managed via Upwork. Remote; no expectation for 60+ hour weeks.
