We’re Hiring: Junior Recruiter – International MarketWe’re looking for a driven and people-oriented professional to join our recruitment team The ideal candidate is someone who loves connecting with new people, knows how to spot potential through smart questions, and thrives in a dynamic, goal-driven environment.What You’ll Do:✨ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesConduct interviews (phone & in-person)✅ Assess and qualify candidates based on interviews and resumesBe the main point of contact for candidates throughout the processMeet weekly goals related to calls and emailsWhat We’re Looking For:Advanced English – you’ll be working with global clients like Google, Reddit, GAP, The Real Real, JP Morgan, and moreExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organization and attention to detailHigh energy, passion, and a drive to exceed targetsExperience with Microsoft Office toolsLocation: Bragança Paulista (on-site for the first 3 months, then hybrid)️ Vacation: 20 business days per yearIf you’re eager to grow fast in international recruitment and want to be part of a team that works with world-class clients, we’d love to meet you
