Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive client strategy, ensuring seamless delivery from discovery to expansion. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into clear product specifications and deliver on‑time results. Design and deliver presales workshops, craft compelling RFx responses, and present ROI‑driven pitches to C‑suite executives. Analyze post‑launch data, create actionable KPI dashboards, and secure renewals and upsells. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Presales, or Solution Delivery for Conversational or Generative AI. A proven track record of winning RFx, pitching executives, and shipping end‑to‑end PoCs. Fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish as a plus. Experience with live deployments on AWS, Azure, Huawei, or on‑prem environments. Proven ability to manage project timelines and meet customer expectations.
