Financial Analyst

The analyst will work closely with the Finance, Operations, and Executive teams to collect, consolidate, and analyze data from our finance systems (Omie, Xero, and soon NetSuite) and production systems. The role includes building dashboards, financial models, and performance reports to support decision-making on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Responsibilities: Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from various systems (Omie, Xero, NetSuite, and production tools). Build and maintain reports and dashboards that support management in monitoring key metrics (financial and operational). Analyze trends, variances, and performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods (Budget vs. Actual, YTD, QoQ, etc.). Develop predictive models and data visualizations to support strategic and tactical decision-making. Support the Finance team with regular and ad hoc financial analysis, including cost analysis, revenue trends, margin analysis, and productivity metrics. Assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations, and insights for leadership meetings. Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and departments (finance, production, leadership) to gather business requirements for analysis. Continuously improve data collection processes and reporting tools. Ensure data integrity and accuracy from source systems. Your day-to-day work will focus on analyzing financial and accounting data. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. Strong analytical skills and a solid financial background. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (mandatory). Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting. Experience working with financial systems (Omie, Xero, NetSuite – nice to have if not mandatory). Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, or equivalent – desirable). #J-18808-Ljbffr
