Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $150,900 Annual bonus opportunities and long-term incentives offered Competitive compensation package as part of the employer's Total Rewards Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment focused on impact-driven initiatives Chance to influence the future of health through financial strategy and operational execution What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead financial modeling and scenario planning for the integration of Oncology and Multi-Specialty entities into SAP S4 Hana Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on integration goals and facilitate governance routines Build and maintain dashboards for tracking integration KPIs, including margin uplift and cost synergies Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement to streamline financial workflows Support executive reporting and board-level presentations with insights on financial impact What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or transformation roles Experience in healthcare finance, particularly in physician practice or specialty care integration Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP S4, SAC, and CLM Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and value creation initiatives Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities Strategic influence without direct authority #J-18808-Ljbffr
