Hi there We are South and our client is looking for a TikTok Shop Growth Strategist

This role will manage day to day execution within some of the top TikTok Shops on the platform. Before we start - here's why this is a dream role. Social Commerce is changing the world, and TikTok Shop is leading that charge. You will get the equivalent of an E-Commerce MBA managing our brands. By the end, you'll have unlimited options:

Responsibilities

Shop Operations and Management

  • Offer Design (promotion + value)
  • Optimizing product titles
  • Optimizing product descriptions
  • Optimizing Product imagery
  • Ensuring affiliates receive communication on the offer
  • Appealing violations
  • Boosting Shop Performance Score
  • Spotting Opportunities
CRM Management
  • Creating Automations to recover abandoned carts, reactivate previous customers
  • Pushing Subscribe and Save options
  • Protecting against discount leaks
Competitor + Market Research
  • Research top performing hooks, angles and formats
  • Research top competitor's offers
  • Provide specific recommendations based on the above
Qualifications
  • At minimum, you've logged into a TikTok Shop seller center before.
  • Prior experience in Shopify businesses is a plus
  • Amazon experience is a plus
  • Attempted to sell something online in the past is mandatory
Who you are
