About DualEntry Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of NYC’s fastest-growing AI startups, backed by top-tier VCs and 30+ unicorn founders. Our team previously built a $100M ARR business from scratch, scaled it to 300+ people, and led a successful exit. Now, we’re building a category-defining AI-native SaaS ERP product to automate and modernize enterprise accounting — one of the most painful and outdated products in finance still stuck in the 1990’s. We move fast and care deeply about what we ship. Location: Remote with overlap to our New York HQ on US EST timezone. Where You’ll Create Impact Deliver end-to-end, high-speed, high-quality design output across all channels : Marketing assets (ads, landing pages, campaigns, social) Website, product marketing, and digital brand presence Motion graphics, animations, and light 3D design In-app illustrations, product visuals, and onboarding flows Print, merch, and other physical brand experiences Define and evolve DualEntry’s design system and brand identity across touchpoints Manage and direct 1–2 freelance designers to increase output and maintain consistency Bridge strategy and execution: from brand-level storytelling down to pixel-execution Partner with Product, Marketing, and Founders to ensure design drives clarity, differentiation, and beauty at speed Evolve and extend existing brand elements to solve new design challenges How You’ll Work You’ll work directly with: Founders - clarify design vision Marketing & GTM – deliver design assets to increase revenue Product & Engineering – create magical UX moments and ensure design consistency You’ll operate with full ownership: balance speed with craft, make fast decisions and designs, and elevate the design bar across the company. What Sets You Up for Success 6+ years of professional design experience (agency or startup), spanning digital, motion, and brand Exceptional visual taste, craft, and attention to detail Proven ability to deliver at high speed without compromising quality Strong portfolio across digital, brand, motion/animation, and marketing design Deep mastery of Figma and adjacent tools (Adobe Suite, After Effects, Blender/Cinema4D or similar) Ability to manage and direct freelancers for fast, consistent output Practical, brand-minded designer Bonus: experience in SaaS and FinTech Why You’ll Thrive Here You’ll be the first Design Lead , defining and executing the foundation of DualEntry’s brand and design systems You’ll own high-visibility creative work that directly shapes perception and growth of one of the fastest AI-native start-ups You’ll work across disciplines: brand, digital, motion, and product design You’ll partner directly with experienced founders and GTM leaders on strategy and execution You’ll get both high-level creative freedom and day-to-day ownership over details You’ll see your work directly drive awareness, customer adoption, and revenue Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $70K–$125K USD Equity: ~$40K+ USD B2B agreement or regular EOR employment Remote friendly work environment with an elite, high performance team B2B agreement or regular employment 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays Visa sponsorship provided and unlock relocation assistance to New York after 2 years High-speed, high-trust, high-autonomy team with real ownership We currently have only one seat for our Founding Visual Design Lead .
