You will lead and manage projects focused on sustainability initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and strong stakeholder alignment. The role involves gathering customer voice, building project charters, developing plans, facilitating meetings, and resolving issues with escalation where needed. Primary Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and is also open to candidates based in Monterrey, MX. Duties And Responsibilities Manage multiple projects within a project-based delivery model. Maintain all project‑related documentation, including plans, process flows/VSMs, resource requirements, and business cases. Communicate progress and facilitate project meetings; expedite escalation as necessary. Drive change management with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the single point of contact for all project activities and requests. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with high quality solutions. Identify improvements for tools and processes. Build rapport with project teams and customer stakeholders. Anticipate and navigate internal and external challenges. Transfer knowledge to relevant internal teams and provide ongoing support. Leverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and business results. Lead and support sustainability‑focused initiatives, emphasizing emissions reduction, process improvements, and enhanced data quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum 2 years of project management experience managing multiple simultaneous projects. Flexibility to work extra hours, including weekends or late evenings when necessary. Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. Foundational understanding of sustainability concepts, carbon reduction initiatives, and data‑driven environmental goals within supply chain or logistics. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional certification. Experience in supply chain, transportation, and/or logistics. 2–3 years of sustainability initiative experience, focusing on carbon accounting and data utilization. Strong facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Organizational and design skills for delivering projects to internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Collaboration experience with subject‑matter experts internally and externally. Experience in continuous improvement environments. Comfort with ambiguity and delivering with minimal oversight. Direct customer engagement experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
