OverviewThe Security Solutions team is looking for a Manager Product and Services to drive our security and solutions product strategy forward by innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the products, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role- Develop understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle (e.g., Studio framework), actively works to improve experience and skills.
- Drive product development focusing on customer journey and experience.
- Prepare launches and monitors product performance, adoption, and operational health.
- Review information on competitors' product offerings, business models, and technology innovations on a regular basis and share findings.
- Identify opportunities to improve overall product lifecycle processes.
- Take initiative and actively seek and participate in activities which stretch one's existing skill set.
- Mentor and guide new and less-experienced team members.
- Take responsibility for driving revenue.
