**Descrição do trabalho**:
A Ethicon, empresa do Grupo Johnson & Johnson e líder no mercado de Medical Devices, está recrutando um Product Management Associate para a especialidade de Cirurgia Bariátrica e Metabólica, baseado em São Paulo.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Suportar a criação e implementação do plano de marketing local para a especialidade de Cirurgia Bariátrica e Metabólica;
- Elaboração de projetos de valor agregado para a especialidade para os principais stakeholders da cadeia: cirurgiões, hospitais, operadoras de saúde e pacientes;
- Segmentação e targeting do mercado;
- Liderança das campanhas de marketing e patient awareness da especialidade;
- Desenvolvimento de projetos que garantam o crescimento do negócio, incluindo estratégias de acesso e ganho de market share;
- Coordenação do calendário anual de atividades e eventos da unidade de negócio, incluindo organização dos stands e ações promocionais em congressos médicos e eventos científicos;
- Estruturação de estratégia digital para geração de leads com os principais stakeholders;
- Gestão do orçamento de A&P e amostras para a ações da especialidade;
- Criação de materiais promocionais para a força de vendas com foco na especialidade;
- Interface com HEMA e MAF para elaboração de projetos de valuebased healthcare e disseminação de evidências científicas;
- Relacionamento com KOL's estratégicos da especialidade;
- Alinhamento com time regional e global de especialidades.
**Qualifications**
- Graduação completo.
- MBA/pós graduação desejável.
- Inglês avançado
- Experiência com marketing e ou vendas em área de saúde ou dispositivos Medicos
- Desejável experiência com campanhas de marketing
- Desejável experiência com eventos promocionais/científicos e congressos médicos
- Desejável experiência com gestão de projetos
- Habilidade de negociação e liderança por influência
- Mindset inovador e questionador, que desafia o status quo
- Perfil colaborativo e team-player
- Criatividade e resiliência
- Constrói relacionamentos com áreas parceiras e se comunica de maneira eficiente
- Habilidades de planejamento estratégico
