**Essential Job Functions**:- **Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts;- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients;- Understand client needs and develop customized solutions in collaboration with internal teams;- Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues;- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts;- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports;- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies;- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery;- Track and analyze account metrics to inform strategy and decision-making;- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activity.**Other Skills/Abilities**:- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role;- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategies;- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities;- Ability to travel as needed.**Education and Experience**:- **Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred);- Experience in (insert industry if applicable, e.g., FMCG, tech, healthcare;- Knowledge of key account management strategies and tools;- Multilingual abilities (if relevant to your client base).
