Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 As a Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will need to possess deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365, strong business acumen, and the ability to deliver customized solutions that align with client needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, manage data, integrate systems, and implement technical customizations. How your day-to-day work will look like: Analyze and optimize business processes to align with Dynamics 365 capabilities. Design and implement data management strategies including migration, cleansing, and governance. Develop and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and connectors. Perform technical customizations using Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and custom code. Lead and support project management activities including planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing problem‑solving expertise. Document solutions, configurations, and user guides for stakeholders and end‑users. Stay current with Microsoft updates, features, and best practices. This would make you the ideal candidate: ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ Experience with Azure services and DevOps. ✨ Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems integration. ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
