Job Overview: Manage assets and materials, including inventory control, maintenance, recycling, disposal, and system operations, ensuring asset security and efficient utilization.

• Managing material flow, verifying quantities and specifications match system records and purchase orders.
• Reviewing and overseeing recycling of materials and optimal allocation of idle resources.
• Tracking material maintenance activities, assigning personnel, monitoring progress, and collecting data.
• Handling scrapped materials according to procedures.
• Providing guidance on departmental asset management.

• Bachelor\'s degree or above; at least 5 years of experience in asset management or administrative management preferred.
• Familiarity with asset management processes and proficiency in asset management systems and computer operations.
• Solid knowledge of asset management concepts, including asset definition, classification, management methods, and lifecycle understanding.
