About The Team/Role: We are looking for talented professionals to join our Regional Operations team at 99Food. This is an exciting opportunity for analytically minded, data-driven individuals who solve complex business challenges at the city level. As part of Regional Operations, selected candidates will drive city growth, improve marketplace performance, and shape local strategies that connect users, restaurants, and couriers. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and differentiation. You will engage with restaurant partners, customers, and business development teams to understand city dynamics, analyze local data, and translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen 99Food’s position and support sustainable growth.

In this role, you... As a Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst at 99Food, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of our marketplace, growth campaigns, and communication initiatives. You will build and maintain performance dashboards, identify key trends, and uncover improvement opportunities across cities to support decision-making and guide campaign strategy, restaurant engagement, and customer growth. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured professional with strong communication skills to collaborate across Operations, Marketing, CRM, Product, and BD teams. You will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring initiatives are measured, tracked, and improved to maximize impact. Your work will contribute to growing 99Food in competitive markets and driving short-term results and long-term expansion.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, operations, strategy, or growth-related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and data analytics skills (Python/R knowledge is a plus, but not required).

Performance Management :

• Experience with campaign results analysis, including performance tracking, communication effectiveness, and financial tracking.
• Prior experience with customer-related activities (e.g., campaign management, communication strategy, customer cohort analysis, market analysis, budget management, etc.).
• Stakeholder and project management experience, with exposure to Operations, Product, Sales/BD, and Marketing/CRM.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
