Overview

Looking for Data Analysts at junior, mid, and senior levels to join a fully remote, 100% remote project for an engagement expected to run through November, with a potential for extension depending on project needs. Positions include Senior Data Analyst (subject matter expert), Intermediate Data Analyst, and other analyst levels. Must speak English and Portuguese. Full-time project, remote, 3 months initially.

• 1 Senior Data Analyst – will act primarily as a Subject Matter Expert, helping to explain and contextualize current analytics outcomes
• 1 Intermediate Data Analyst

About the Role: We are looking for skilled and motivated Data Analysts at junior, mid, and senior levels to join a fully remote and dynamic project. Candidates must be based in Brazil or Portugal and have hands-on experience with AWS Glue or Microsoft Purview.

• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to understand data needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources and reports.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and build automated reporting processes where possible.

• Experience working as a Data Analyst (junior to senior levels welcome).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistics, and KPIs.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and various data sources (cloud data warehouses, APIs).
• Experience with Excel, and at least one programming language such as Python or R is a plus.
• English level: B2 or higher – able to work in an international team environment.
• Must be currently residing in Brazil or Portugal.

• Experience with data storytelling and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of ETL processes or working alongside data engineering teams.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.

You Must Have:

- At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.

- Understanding of top-of-the-line Data Analysis tools. Previous experience with administration, licensing, security, and deployment is a plus.

- Solid understanding of modeling relational data.

- Strong analytic skills and a hands-on approach with the ability to deliver commitments.

- Superior organizational skills and a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.

- Experience with ETL of data from a variety of sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus).

- Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus).
