What to Expect
  • Coordinate shipments with brokerage suppliers, consumers, and logistics vendors to align with purchase order terms
  • Manage pickup and delivery appointments while communicating effectively with relevant parties
  • Obtain and maintain multiple freight rates, resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
  • Oversee inbound and outbound material flows at partner warehouses and manage logistics partner assignments
  • Address logistics issues promptly, ensuring minimal financial and operational impact
What is Required
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated international logistics and customer service experience
  • Experience in multi-modal logistics and commodities
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
  • Ability to perform site visits and travel as necessary
How to Stand Out
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in logistics, supply chain management, or related disciplines
  • Experience with freight market trends and logistics strategies
