Our HR Partners care deeply about the employee experience, proactively listening to Builder sentiment, and serving as a connector between Builders, managers, and HRBPs. This is an on‑site role based in the Data Centers it supports 100% of the time. It also requires travel to other site locations within the cluster on a weekly basis. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs, and partner teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies across the cluster. Leverage Builder listening mechanisms to proactively monitor and analyze sentiment trends, providing regular sentiment updates and recommended actions to site leadership and HR Business Partners. Advocate for Builders’ needs through data‑driven insights and Gemba Go‑See walks. Partner with cross‑functional teams (HRBPs, Employee Relations, Labor Relations) to align on Builder engagement actions. Problem‑solve and influence across diverse populations using HR fundamentals and consulting skills. Consult, coach, and develop site leadership in talent management, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. Foster an inclusive environment and serve as first point of escalation for Builder concerns. Promote adoption of technology and self‑service solutions. Conduct workplace investigations in collaboration with Builder Relations. Own and deliver site‑specific people projects in partnership with site leadership. Basic Qualifications HR experience.
