Clinical Research Lead – Strategic Network Operations Manager

Employer Industry: Pharmaceutical Industry Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $187,000 Eligibility for a company bonus based on performance Comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Opportunities for career advancement and growth within a global healthcare leader Engaging work environment focused on improving lives and community involvement Extensive travel opportunities (60-80%) to collaborate with network partners What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Drive execution of clinical trials through exceptional investigator engagement and site partnerships Develop and maintain strategic relationships with network-affiliated investigators and leadership Lead enrollment strategies and operational planning to ensure quality and timely delivery of trials Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to ensure alignment with clinical milestones What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific, clinical, or health-related field Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry with direct interaction with healthcare professionals Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Oncology Strong understanding of GCP, clinical development, and trial lifecycle Proven ability to manage complex operational partnerships and influence stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical field (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MSc preferred) Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution and results Experience working with regulators or national bodies to support clinical trial delivery Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to interpret performance metrics Familiarity with network clinical research ecosystems and therapeutic landscapes #J-18808-Ljbffr
