A Mastery Consulting, with over 30 years of experience in the market of specialized solutions and services in IT, is seeking a Senior Project Manager focused on Governance and New Demands to work with one of our global clients. The position starts immediately with a minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of being contracted by our client. Location: Hybrid modality (1–2 days per week in the Vale do Paraíba Region, São Paulo). Contract: PJ. Job Purpose The Governance & New Demands Lead will be responsible for managing new business demands and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring structured prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless integration into the existing landscape. This role requires a strategic mindset to balance operational governance with business agility, guaranteeing that all new implementations and improvements follow best practices and do not introduce risks into the environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. Drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools, working with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery. Ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness. Act as a bridge between IT and business, ensuring requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner. Establish and enforce standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions. Track and report on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes, providing insights to leadership for continuous refinement. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance. Collaborate with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed in outsourced services. Technical Skills Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, DevOps). Strong familiarity with processes such as Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt, Scrum. Familiarity with SAP landscapes, especially SAP Central Finance and SAP PaPM. Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies. Experience With Customer Success Capabilities Experience with reporting and analytics tools for tracking demand and governance performance. Social Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work cross‑functionally with business and IT teams. Negotiation and facilitation skills to align multiple stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership without technical language (adaptative). Personal Competencies Strategic thinker with a problem‑solving mindset. Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
