Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ad campaigns across various platforms, analyzing data to optimize results, and communicating with clients to provide excellent service. Main Responsibilities Manage Meta, Google, and TikTok ad accounts for ecommerce brands Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies Create reports to showcase analytics and results to clients Collaborate with clients to develop effective marketing strategies Stay up-to-date on industry standards, social media, and market trends Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or 3-4 years of experience Prior experience working with ecommerce brands or advertising agencies is preferred Proficiency in Facebook & Google Ads management, as well as scaling ad budgets Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills A portfolio of work, results, or case studies Comfortable using internal communication tools like Monday.com, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack What We Offer Opportunity to work with a dynamic team Chance to grow and develop your skills A collaborative and supportive work environment The ability to make a meaningful impact on client success #J-18808-Ljbffr
