Summary
Provide a brief overview of the role, its purpose, and reporting relationship. It should give candidates an immediate sense of what the job is about and how it fits into the organization

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product discovery and delivery cycles, impacting the team's products
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop new features, APIs, and improvements for scalability
• Build and implement new features
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Ensure a great customer experience, particularly in subscription, tenant, and customer management

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies - STD, STP
• Experience with work item tools like Jira
• Knowledge of SQL queries
• At least 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong knowledge of:
  • JavaScript/TypeScript - programming language
  • Mocha/Jest - or any other test runner
  • Playwright/Cypress
  • Axios/Got/Postman or any other tool for REST API testing
  • CI/CD processes
