Job DescriptionThis role involves maintenance of automation systems, technical documentation, software programming, testing, and commissioning at customer facilities. Responsibilities also include performing offshore field services and systems engineering for process and safety systems, HMI, instrumentation, networks, etc.
Main Activities:- Maintenance of automation systems, technical documentation, software programming, testing, and commissioning at customer facilities.
- Offshore field services and systems engineering for process and safety systems, HMI, instrumentation, networks, etc.
- Design of moderate to complex architectures for new projects and analysis of existing systems for intervention.
- Prior experience as an Industrial Automation Maintenance Engineer, including application of Rockwell Automation products in O&G industry projects.
- Experience in field installation and commissioning of industrial automation systems and networks.
- Prior experience in industrial automation projects for O&G industry or associated areas.
- Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Technician (Industrial Automation / Electronics / Electrical or equivalent).
- Mandatory: Good knowledge of Rockwell Automation Products.
- 3 years or more experience.
- CREA certification.
- Availability to work offshore (14/21 days depending on the project).
- Experience in Networks (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, etc.).
- Availability to travel and work at customer sites.
- Ability to handle high-pressure work conditions.
- Ability to work face-to-face with customers.
