Responsibilities
  • Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and features.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes to increase engineering efficiency.
Must Have
  • Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React ).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java ).
  • High proficiency in TypeScript .
  • Experience with modern frontend bundlers , package managers , and build tools .
  • Knowledge of or experience with microservices architecture .
Nice to Haves
  • Experience building software in the cloud.
  • AI-assisted development experience using tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
