As the Section Manager, you will be responsible for all finishing aspects of a project, including blockwork, POP work, plastering, painting, and carpentry, ensuring production, planning, costing, and commercial considerations are always addressed.

Your Role
  • Plan and control finishing works, managing resources and timelines
  • Implement site HSE plans and ensure compliance
  • Lead construction teams and coordinate with commercial and client stakeholders
  • Monitor costs, quality, and productivity to meet contract standards
  • Interpret technical drawings and manage testing and reporting
What Were Looking For
  • Experience in planning and controlling finishing works, managing resources and timelines
  • Ability to implement site HSE plans and ensure compliance
  • Leadership skills to lead construction teams and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Strong monitoring skills for costs, quality, and productivity
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and managing testing/reporting
