Garantir o foco no cliente por meio da oferta de cibersegurança adequadaMonitorar e proteger as fontes de logs e o acesso à segurançaPlanejar a recuperação de desastres em caso de violações de segurançaMonitorar ataques, invasões e atividades incomuns, não autorizadas ou ilegaisRealizar revisões de logs moderadamente complexas e análises forenses para identificar acessos não autorizados ou inaceitáveis a dados ou sistemasConduzir avaliações de segurança, análises de risco e análises de causa raiz de incidentes de segurançaLidar com incidentes escalados pela equipe de Nível 1 (L1) em turnos rotativos 24x7Utilizar ferramentas analíticas avançadas para identificar padrões emergentes de ameaças e vulnerabilidadesExecutar todas as tarefas táticas de operações de segurança associadas a este projetoAnalisar todos os ataques e elaborar análises corretivasRealizar análises detalhadas de incidentes e criar relatórios e painéis de controle (dashboards)Coordenar com as partes interessadas e prestar assistência em auditoriasFazer a ligação com as partes interessadas em relação a questões de cibersegurança e fornecer recomendações futurasManter um registro de riscos de segurança da informação e auxiliar em auditorias internas e externas relacionadas à segurança da informaçãoAjudar na criação, manutenção e entrega de treinamentos de conscientização sobre cibersegurança para os colegasFornecer aconselhamento e orientações aos funcionários sobre questões como spam e e-mails indesejados ou maliciosos
