Software Development Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-quality software applications using Python. Key Responsibilities: Support Development Teams : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Mentor Junior Team Members : Share your knowledge and experience with junior team members to help them grow in their careers. Drive Innovation and Deliver Roadmap Features : Work closely with product managers to deliver innovative features and improvements that drive business growth. Digest Product Team Requirements and work on solutions with performance and scalability features.Develop New Features : Design, develop, and test new software features to enhance customer experience. Discuss Design Trade-offs and elaborate detailed design documents. Participate in the Complete Development Cycle from requirements gathering to testing. Perform Code Reviews . Conduct Yourself as a Trusted Technical Advisor . Essential Skills: Leadership Experience : Proven track record of leading teams and driving project success. Proficiency in Python Versions 2 and 3 : Experience with pyTest, Linux Environments, CLI Commands, Shell Script, and Logs : Experience with Docker, Jenkins, GIT, and Github : Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies .
