This role focuses on organizing tasks, ensuring compliance with campaign requirements, and collaborating across teams to achieve client objectives. The Influencer Coordinator supports the strategy team by contributing to tasks, expansion lists, data points, and vetting throughout the campaign lifecycle. This role emphasizes team-wide collaboration, seamless task organization, and proactive communication to ensure campaign success. Functions & Responsibilities Coordinate outreach efforts to secure influencer participation, ensuring personalized communications that align with campaign objectives and build long-term relationships with influencers. Track and analyze influencer performance metrics, such as engagement rates and audience demographics, to refine selection processes and improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the creative team to develop briefing materials and ensure influencers have a clear understanding of brand guidelines, messaging, and deliverables. Manage influencer agreements, ensuring all terms and deliverables are clearly outlined and adhered to throughout the campaign lifecycle. Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers, categorizing them by niche, audience size, and past performance to streamline future campaign planning. Support the development of creative campaign concepts, contributing ideas for influencer activations that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences. Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities to integrate emerging influencers or platforms into campaign strategies. Facilitate smooth communication between influencers and internal teams, ensuring any questions or concerns are addressed promptly to keep campaigns on track. Assist with content review, ensuring all influencer submissions meet quality standards, comply with brand guidelines, and are scheduled for timely publication. Conduct post-campaign evaluations, analyzing data and feedback to identify strengths, weaknesses, and actionable insights for future campaigns. Non-Negotiables Ensure all action items, tasks, and to-dos are inputted into ClickUp within 24 hours of assignment to ensure nothing is left to memory, with 100% task visibility for team collaboration. Provide Influencer Marketing Manager campaign or project status reports at least twice per week, highlighting any potential issues for time or budget concerns that may arise, and liaising with the Account Services team for budget change conversations with the client. Ensure all posting requirements are met by influencers so client KPIs and goals are achieved. Ensure influencer lists meet client objectives, with 90% of influencers being approved by the client in the first round of selection. Submit client wrap reports at least 72 hours before the client meeting, with no more than one revision requested by the Influencer Marketing Manager. Qualifications Experience in influencer or digital marketing coordination, with expertise in managing both paid and unpaid influencer campaigns. Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail in managing campaign requirements and compliance. Proven ability to collaborate with teams and contribute to strategic planning, ideation, and campaign execution at all stages. Proficiency in project management tools and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with influencer marketing metrics and campaign reporting, with the ability to analyze performance data to optimize results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
