Você terá a oportunidade de liderar projetos que moldam o futuro do C6 Assistant — nosso assistente de IA generativa que já transforma a experiência bancária de mais de 35 milhões de clientes — e contribuir ativamente na construção da nossa plataforma de LLMOps, além de iniciativas voltadas à eficiência operacional. Suas atividades como CSixerDesenvolver soluções de IA Generativa de ponta a ponta: da concepção ao ambiente produtivo. Liderar ou apoiar a criação de copilotos, automações e assistentes para clientes e áreas internas. Evoluir nossa plataforma de LLMOps com foco em escalabilidade, governança, rastreabilidade e segurança. Trabalhar com times de arquitetura, engenharia, produto e operações em soluções integradas com impacto direto no negócio. Estabelecer boas práticas de CI/CD para IA Generativa em ambientes on‑premise e cloud. Investigar causas de falhas e incidentes, propondo correções e melhorias estruturais. Promover boas práticas técnicas, revisão de código e troca de conhecimento. Perfil EsperadoClareza na comunicação com perfis técnicos e não técnicos. Tomada de decisão técnica ou influência como referência no time. Capacidade de entender demandas de negócio e converter em soluções técnicas viáveis. Postura colaborativa, com foco em entrega contínua e melhoria incremental. Experiência com metodologias ágeis e visão de produto. Requisitos e ExperiênciaExperiência com IA Generativa, LLMs, embeddings e NLP. Domínio de Python e bibliotecas como LangChain, Transformers, etc. Domínio de técnicas avançadas de RAG (re‑ranking, chunking dinâmico, context‑aware retrieval). Experiência com Git e bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais. Vivência em Ciência de Dados aplicada a dados não estruturados. Experiência com ferramentas de LLMOps, pipelines e monitoramento de modelos. DiferenciaisExperiência com modelos open‑source (Mistral, LLaMA, Mixtral, Phi). Atuação com agentes autônomos ou orquestração com LangGraph ou similares. Conhecimentos de protocolos como MCP e A2A.
