**GENERAL INFORMATION**
Name of the position: Logistics Analyst
Position of the direct manager: VP Latin America & Caribbean
Business Unit: ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Sao Paulo.
**MISSION OF THE POSITION**
Manage the Logistics and Distribution of materials sold by ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Brazil to customers.
**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS**
- Ensure the distribution of merchandise sold to our customers, under the standards required by the company
- Ensure that physical material on external warehouse stock updated with our ERP system
- Analyze and define the best transport methods
- Tracking all transported orders until delivery.
- Ensure the timely delivery of the products requested by customers.
- Update the system with all tracking information on time
- Support the monthly and annual inventories.
- Analyze the rates of the transportation routes in order to hire the best option.
- Obtain all the necessary and required documentation for each shipment (DEPARTURES, PHOTOGRAPHS, ACTIONS, etc.) for the accreditation of the sale.
- Work as a team with the Sales Management, the Supply Chain Management and the Project Management, providing all the necessary information to achieve the company's objectives.
**CHARGE ATTRIBUTIONS**
- Inform to the VP Latin America & Caribbean all of any aspect in which the process of distribution has a problem and does not have the delivery goal of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Brazil
- Develop strategies for effective and efficient delivery of materials sold
- Have the inventory system up to date
**COMPETENCES OF THE POSITION**
- Graduated in logistic
- Minimum 2 years in similar positions
- English 50%
- Administrative processes.
- Logistics management and materials warehouse.
