Control the use of inputs, labor, and equipment, seeking operational efficiency. Required Competencies: Experience in team leadership, preferably in the fertirrigation sector. Knowledge of irrigation equipment regulation and operation. Knowledge of agricultural machine and implement operation. Ability to manage people, organize, and make decisions.
