Job Overview As a Rider Experience Research Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall rider experience for our delivery business. Key Responsibilities Conduct research initiatives to design and optimize questionnaire content, ensuring alignment with the characteristics of the rider group and research objectives. Improve questionnaire response and validity rates through strategic design and analysis. Regularly produce comprehensive reports on rider experience, highlighting current trends, improvement directions, and supporting data-driven decision-making within departments. Indicator Monitoring and Analysis Develop an indicator monitoring and analysis mechanism guided by core metrics such as NPS. Track indicator fluctuations, promptly identify anomalies, and investigate root causes to drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, product, and customer service departments to identify and address pain points in rider experience. Drive the development and implementation of solutions and evaluate their effectiveness in enhancing the rider experience.
