RESUMO
Solicitação de coleta, tracking e follow up dos processos de importação (rodoviária, marítima e aérea), controle, arquivamento e auditoria de documentos de importação, conferência de processos, registro de DIs, consulta de processos no Portal Único, processos atípicos de importação, emissão de nota fiscal de entrada e atendimento ao cliente.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
Emissão de Nota fiscal de entrada;
Realizar a digitação de processos no sistema Datasul / Logix;
Registrar processos no sistema base de faturamento CEVA (Follow Net);
Acompanhar as pendências do desembaraço através do sistema Siscomex;
Acompanhar e analisar os processos no sistema da Receita Federal;
**Conferir documentos diversos, tais como**: Invoice commercial, packing list, conhecimento de carga, entre outros;
Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo.
**Requisitos**:
Formação Superior Cursando;
Residir em Campinas ou Região.
